Barre's popular Concerts in Currier Park Series and Food Truck Thursdays will be back in July!!! the two run throughout the summer, beginning in july and ending the last thursday in september.

The Barre Heritage Festival and Homecoming Days began in the 1970's as a celebration of the community's ethnic heritage steeped in the immigrants who moved here from around the world looking for opportunity in the granite quarries of Barre. Today, the festival provides the community an opportunity to come together to celebrate our past and embrace the future. The Barre Farmer's Market, located in Depot Square runs every Wednesday from 3:30 - 6:30 pm during June, July, August and September. (PLEASE NOTE: TEMPORARY LOCATION DUE TO FLOOD 2023 - CITY HALL PARK)

New in 2023, join us for the Barre Farmer's Market Winter Market. The last Wednesday of each month, January-April.

Barre Farmer's Market

The 9th annual Granite City 5K Run/Walk for Veterans is to be completed by November 4, 2023. This event is produced in collaboration with the Sons of the American Legion Squadron #10 and Barre ElksLodge #1535. The registration period is open until the day of the race. Proceeds of this event will go to the Veterans' Place, Inc. in Northfield, Vermont to support transitional housing and other services for our most vulnerable veterans. More information to follow later in 2023.
